IBM Q System One includes nine inches tall, nine feet wide, half-inch thick Borosilicate glass and is a 20-quint quantum computer.
IBM has demonstrated its IBM Q System One in CES 2019, which claims that it is the world's first integrated quantum computing system designed for scientific and commercial use. 20-qubit system by IBM, which is seen as one of the leading leaders in the field of quantum computing, one day can solve complex problems.

Quantum computing, unlike classical computers, relies on a different approach to solving the problem. New computers are based on the laws of quantum mechanics and depend on the qubits. They really need a cold and stable environment to work.

Qubits are only useful for more than 100 microseconds, and while IBM's QS system One is not yet powerful enough in 20-qubits, it will be one of the first commercially designed quantum computers.

IBM Q System One ensures that these quantum computers can work beyond the boundaries of a research laboratory.

According to the company, the system is built with many "custom components".

The quantum computing system has also been designed like a single package, which is the first, with all the parts needed to keep this machine running. These are different from traditional supercomputers.
These parts include, "Quantum hardware is designed to be stable and self-calibrating," "repeatable and predictable high-quantities" as well as "cryogenic engineering" for a continuous cold and isolated quantum environment. , Which is essential for quantum computing.

The design involves a nine foot tall, nine-feet wide glass case, which is sealed and airtight. IBM says that to ease the process of maintenance and up-gradation of the system, it can be opened using motorized rotation. Here's the idea of reducing downtime with these machines.
The IBM system also has its own quantum firmware, which will manage system health and will enable system upgrades without users downtime, the company claims.

It is also classical computing according to IBM, providing quantum algorithms to secure cloud access and hybrid performance.

The company is also opening its Q Quantum Computation Center at Poughkeepsie, New York, to extend this network of commercial quantum computers.
"IBM Q System One Quantum is a major step in the commercialization of computing.

This new system is important in expanding Quantum computing beyond the walls of the research laboratory because we work to develop practical quantum applications for business and science, "said Arvind Krishna, senior vice president and IBM Research Director of Hybrid Cloud. Said in a press statement.
