Samsung Galaxy M series will be Amazon exclusive, Galaxy M20 design images leaked

The Samsung Galaxy M series is going to be launched in India on January 28, and this series is being seen as the opponent of Xiaomi’s popular Redmi phone.

 Samsung has already indicated that the Galaxy M series will target millenials and will come with a new Infinity V.notch design. On January 28 in the Galaxy M series, two phones will be launched with the expectation of Galaxy M10 and Galaxy M20.

Samsung's Galaxy M series will be Amazon exclusive for sale in India. The Amazon India website already has one page live for the upcoming phone. 

The Galaxy M series will have V.Notch design as evidenced by the promotional pictures used on Amazon's Notified Me page.

The images also show that one of the Galaxy M phones comes with a dual camera on the back, as well as a fingerprint sensor.

Samsung is also promising fast charging with 3X faster charging on the new Galaxy M phone.

The promotion page also talks about an extra large battery on the Galaxy M series with a powerful processor.

Another Netherlands-based website mobielkopen.net has shared pictures of the Galaxy M20 and its specifications based on the scrapped details from the manual guide for the phone.

 The report says that Samsung's Galaxy M20 device will come with up to 3.5mm headphone jack, USB type-c port, and speaker.

The manual guide also mentions Dolby Atomas support, dual sim which is not right for India and the Volume buttons are under it and Power buttons. There is also mention of face recognition in the manual of the Galaxy M20

According to the report, a 13MP rear sensor with f / 1.9 aperture for 1.12 μm pixel size.



 Rear camera with a combination of 13MP + 5MP. The phone can also come with 4x digital zoom and the secondary 5MP camera will have 1.12 microns pixel size with f / 2.2 aperture.

The report further claims that the new Samsung Galaxy M20 will be operated by the company's own Exynos 7885 processor in conjunction with the 3GB RAM. The phone will run on the Android Orio 8.1.

The price of the Samsung Galaxy M10 is expected to be less than Rs 10,000, while the larger M20 will be close to Rs 15,000. Samsung will launch the Galaxy M series first in India, although it can be offered in other markets as well.

With the Galaxy M series, Samsung will try to take Xiaomi's popular Redmi phone, which dominates the Indian market in less than Rs. 20,000. Samsung's Galaxy J, Galaxy On Series has not really been able to take Radmi, the company would have expected.
